Positive Vibration S.L.U. (CIF: B76273051), with registered address at 35100 San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Las Palmas, Spain ("we", "our", "us"), operates the mobile application Cosmo Blocks: Puzzle Blast (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide:
- Nickname: If you choose to set a nickname for the leaderboard, we store it in our database. Nicknames are public.
- Google Account: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo from Google. This is used solely for account identification and cloud save.
Information collected automatically:
- Game Progress: Scores, level completion, achievements, coin balance, and game statistics are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud service (Firebase Firestore) when you are signed in.
- Anonymous Identifier: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous account for each device. This allows us to securely store your game progress. No personal information is associated with anonymous accounts.
- Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (sessions, gameplay events such as games played and levels completed, device type, country). This data helps us improve the game and is not used to identify you personally.
- Advertising Data: Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads based on your consent preferences. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide and maintain the App's functionality (game progress, leaderboards, cloud save)
- To display advertisements through Google AdMob
- To improve game balance and user experience
- To prevent abuse of leaderboards and game systems
3. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your game data is stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences. If you sign in with Google, your data is also synced to Firebase Firestore, hosted by Google Cloud Platform. We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure that only you can access your own data.
Leaderboard entries (nickname and score) are publicly visible to all users.

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Access your data through the App's settings
- Delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete Account" option in the App's settings
- Opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings or the consent dialog shown at first launch
- Reset your local game progress through the App's settings
7. DATA RETENTION
We retain your game data as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data (game progress, leaderboard entries, nickname reservation) is permanently removed from our servers.
Anonymous accounts that have not been used for more than 365 days may be automatically deleted.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
